Uses of Dried Aluminium hydroxide + Magnesium Trisilicate tablets:
This medication is used to cure the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as heartburn, stomach upset, acid indigestion and gastroesophageal reflex disorder. Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium Trisilicate are antacids which works quickly to reduce the acid in stomach. Usually, liquid antacids usually work faster and better than capsules or tablets.This drug works only on current acid in the stomach. It does not help in prevention of any acid production. It can be used alone or may be with any other medications that reduce acid production including H2 blockers such as cimetidine / ranitidine and proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole.
